Vienna Business Districts: 5,200 Vienna-based businesses under one roof

With Vienna Business Districts the City of Vienna has a new umbrella brand as well as new business zone management for the entire City of Vienna. Vienna Business Districts helps Vienna-based companies anchor themselves locally. The pilot project, which was launched in Liesing and Floridsdorf by the City of Vienna, the Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Vienna Business Agency, is now being rolled out to eleven districts. For the areas Vienna South (Districts 10, 12, 14, and 23), Vienna North (Districts 19, 20, 21, and 22), and Vienna East (Districts 2, 3 and 11), there is one contact person each who ensures the optimal networking of the companies – amongst each other, in the district, and with the authorities. The district managers are the interface between business and administration.
